Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Bereich Buchhaltung, die Zahlenverständnis, Genauigkeit und Eigeninitiative mitbringt. Gesucht wird entweder ein ambitioniertes Junior-Profil mit sehr guten Fachkenntnissen und echter Leidenschaft für die Finanzwelt oder eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die ihre umfassende Erfahrung selbstständig einbringen möchte. Führung und Betreuung der Finanzbuchhaltung Verbuchung von Kreditoren- und Debitorenrechnungen Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs und des Mahnwesens Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen Unterstützung bei Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen Kontrolle und Pflege der buchhalterischen Stammdaten Erstellung von Auswertungen und internen Reports Unterstützung bei administrativen und finanzrelevanten Fragestellungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen sowie externen Ansprechpartnern

Votre profil

Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Entweder erste fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung und sehr gute fachliche Kenntnisse oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als Buchhalter/in Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit Freude an der Buchhaltung und Interesse daran, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel Erfahrung mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware von Vorteil Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und genaue Arbeitsweise Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
