Die Militärkantine ist seit zwölf Jahren ein Hotel und Restaurant am Kreuzbleichepark in St. Gallen. Unsere 21 individuellen Hotelzimmer werden von Geschäftsreisenden, Feriengästen und Gesellschaften gebucht. Der persönliche Kontakt mit unseren Gästen ist uns vom Check-in bis zum Check-out wichtig. Unser Restaurant mit grossem Garten ist ein Treffpunkt für Menschen, die gutes Essen, persönlichen Service und gelebte Nachhaltigkeit schätzen. In unseren Sälen wird gefeiert, getanzt, gegessen und gearbeitet. Als kulturelles und soziales Haus ist die Militärkantine in der ganzen Region bekannt. Unsere Türen sind an 365 Tagen im Jahr geöffnet.

Wir führen unsere Buchhaltung intern. Dafür suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine*n

Buchhalter*in 30 - 40%

Deine Aufgaben: • Debitorenbewirtschaftung inklusive Mahnwesen und Kontrolle der Zahlungseingänge • Führung der Kreditoren- und Finanzbuchhaltung • Vorbereitung und Ausführung des Zahlungsverkehrs • Abrechnung der Bargeld- und Kartenumsätze • Erstellung der monatlichen Auswertungen • Liquiditätsplanung, Controlling und Reporting • Erstellung der MWST-Abrechnungen • Erstellen von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

Das bringst du mit: • Kaufmännische Grundbildung mit Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter*in Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung • Erfahrung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie von Vorteil • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse • Erfahrung mit dem Buchhaltungsprogramm Banana von Vorteil • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise
