Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Buchhalter/in / Finanzspezialist/in – Interne Treuhandfunktion innerhalb einer Unternehmensgruppe Zur Verstärkung unserer Unternehmensgruppe suchen wir eine erfahrene, selbständige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit im Bereich Rechnungswesen und Finanzen. In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle innerhalb unserer internen Treuhandstruktur und arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Gesellschaften und internen Ansprechpartnern zusammen. Ihre Hauptaufgaben, die Sie ansprechen Führung der Finanzbuchhaltungen mehrerer Gesellschaften Debitoren\-, Kreditoren\- und Anlagenbuchhaltung Verantwortlich für Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen Abstimmungen, sowie allgemeine finanzielle Analysen Unterstützung bei Budget\- und Reportingprozessen Ansprechpartner/in für interne Kunden und operative Bereiche Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern, Behörden und Revisionsstellen Sicherstellung effizienter administrativer und finanzieller Abläufe Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Lohnbuchhaltung Voraussetzungen, die Sie mitbringen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in einer Treuhand, KMU oder Unternehmensgruppe Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenorientierung gegenüber internen Ansprechpartnern Hohe Diskretion sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein IT\-Affinität und Freude an der Arbeit mit verschiedenen Systemen und digitalen Tools Muttersprache Deutsch mit guten ösischkenntnissen Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office\-Programme und ERP\-Systeme Vorteile, die wir Ihnen bieten Vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit innerhalb einer dynamischen Unternehmensgruppe Selbständiges Arbeiten mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen Moderne Arbeitsmittel und abwechslungsreiches Umfeld Langfristige Perspektive in einem stabilen Unternehmen Kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld mit hoher Professionalität Wir freuen uns, Sie persönlich kennenzulernen!
