Buchhalter/in \& HR\-Fachkraft 60–80 %

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie selbstständig und verantwortungsvoll unter anderem folgende Aufgaben: • Führung der Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung • Überwachung und Kontrolle der Mieteinnahmen • Durchführung des regelmässigen Mahnwesens • Erstellung von Bilanz\- und Erfolgsrechnungen • Vorbereitung und Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse • Führung der Lohnbuchhaltung inklusive monatlicher Lohnabrechnungen • Erstellung der notwendigen Jahresmeldungen und Abrechnungen • Unterstützung und Mitarbeit im HR\-Bereich • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Telefonanrufen • Führung der schriftlichen Korrespondenz •Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben

Sie arbeiten selbstständig, exakt und zuverlässig und behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick. Ein freundliches Auftreten, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Kontakt mit Mitarbeitenden, Kunden und Geschäftspartnern runden Ihr Profil ab.
