Zur Unterstützung des Finanzteams sucht unser Kunde, ein kleines Unternehmen in der Gesundheitsbranche in der Region Altstätten, ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung für rund sechs Monate eine:n erfahrene:n Buchhalter:in 80-100%. In dieser Position leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur effizienten Abwicklung der buchhalterischen Prozesse und sorgen für die korrekte Erfassung und Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle.

Ihr Wirkungsfeld beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie sind für die Bearbeitung und Verbuchung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle in den Bereichen Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung zuständig
  • Die Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs und die ordnungsgemässe Kontenabstimmung gehören zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR
  • Die enge Austausch mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Ansprechpersonen gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben

Ihr Plus für den neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Durch mindestens vierjährige Berufserfahrung haben Sie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung erworben
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus und haben ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Auch unter Zeitdruck arbeiten Sie präzise und zuverlässig
