The posting

Die Mensen und Cafeterias der Universität Bern verpflegen täglich bis zu 1'200 Gäste an den verschiedenen Verpflegungsorten der UNI Bern. Das Bistro ist Teil der Mensa an der Gesellschaftstrasse und bietet Kaffee, Kaltgetränke und Snacks. In der Gesellschaftsstrasse werden zwischen 150 und 250 Personen verpflegt. Getreu der ZFV-Philosophie wird frisch vor Ort mit regionalen sowie ökologisch sinnvoll produzierten und fair gehandelten Lebensmitteln gekocht.

  • Begrüssung und Beratung der Gäste
  • Bedienung der Kasse
  • Anrichten der Menüs während dem Mittagsservice
  • Erstellung der Mise en Place
