The posting

Das Swiss Life Restaurant \<\<Binz49\>\> besteht aus dem klassischen Selbstbedienungsrestaurant mit rund 294 Sitzplätzen. Täglich werden über 750 Personen mit einem hochstehenden Speiseangebot verpflegt. Zusätzlich werden interne Caterings inklusive Sitzungszimmerlieferungen durchgeführt. Getreu der ZFV-Philosophie wird frisch vor Ort mit regionalen sowie ökologisch sinnvoll produzierten und fair gehandelten Lebensmitteln gekocht.

Bist du unser neues Teammitglied, welches uns als Buffet-Mitarbeiter:in (50%) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung unterstützt? Du arbeitest in der Regel von Montag bis Freitag jeweils von 11:00 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr in einem 50% Pensum.

Dein Aufgabenmenü: ------------------

  • Begrüssung und Beratung der Gäste
  • Bedienung der Kasse
  • Anrichten der Menüs während dem Mittagsservice
  • Erstellung der Mise en Place
  • Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation
  • Mitarbeit bei Caterings und Sonderanlässen
  • Erledigung von allgemeinen Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Umsetzung der ZFV-Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsstandards
  • Einhaltung sowie Umsetzung der Hygiene- und Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien
