DESCRIPTION DU RÔLE

  • Le Responsable de la Paie est chargé du processus complet de paie allemand pour environ 700 employés.
  • Le poste relève du Responsable Senior de la Paie et sera également un mandat temporaire.
  • Le poste est basé à notre siège opérationnel à Bâle, en Suisse.

RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS

  • Responsable du traitement mensuel de la paie dans SAP et SuccessFactors
  • Enregistrement et révision des modifications salariales en cours dans les données principales et variables de paie
  • Vérification des données principales pour les nouvelles embauches, départs et modifications
  • Rapports mensuels aux assurances maladie, institutions de sécurité sociale ainsi qu-au bureau des impôts concerné
  • Déclaration des accidents à l-association d-assurance responsabilité des employeurs compétente
  • Communication avec les autorités et compagnies d-assurance, y compris la préparation des certificats employeur
  • Gestion et réponse à toutes les demandes liées à la paie
  • Évaluation des relations d-emploi en matière de sécurité sociale, notamment pour les nouvelles embauches
  • Préparation mensuelle des rapports liés à la paie
  • Identification et résolution des problèmes liés au système, coordination avec l-équipe de support paie par l-ouverture et le suivi des tickets et le test des modifications système mises en œuvre
  • Fourniture de données pour les audits de sécurité sociale et fiscaux
  • Soutien à l-équipe dans diverses tâches administratives ainsi que dans les projets RH et l-amélioration des processus

QUALIFICATIONS CLÉS

  • Plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle en paie allemande
  • Connaissances avancées en impôt sur le revenu allemand, réglementation de la sécurité sociale et droit du travail
  • Compétences solides en MS-Office, avec un accent particulier sur Excel (ex. tableaux croisés dynamiques, RECHERCHEV, analyse de données-)
  • Expérience avancée avec SAP
  • Forte affinité pour les aspects techniques de SAP, avec une approche proactive pour la résolution de problèmes et l-optimisation du système
  • Maîtrise courante de l-allemand et de l-anglais, à l-écrit comme à l-oral
  • Méthode de travail indépendante, précise et fiable
  • Personnalité engagée, flexible et orientée équipe

FORMATION

* Formation commerciale achevée et formation complémentaire en paie / assurance sociale ou au moins 6 ans d-expérience professionnelle en paie

QUALIFICATIONS SOUHAITÉES

  • Expérience en paie allemande dans un environnement international
  • Expérience avec SuccessFactors
