Als Controller übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der finanziellen Steuerung unseres Unternehmens. Du stellst durch fundierte Analysen und präzise Kennzahlen die Basis für unternehmerische Entscheidungen sicher. Dabei verbindest du strategisches Denken mit operativer Umsetzung und trägst aktiv zur Zielerreichung bei.

Das bewegst du bei uns: - Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS inklusive Hard Close gehört zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich - Finanzkennzahlen werden von dir analysiert, Abweichungen nachvollzogen und adressatengerecht aufbereitet - Du verantwortest die Budgetierung sowie die Erstellung von Businessplänen und rollierenden Forecasts - Die Liquiditätsplanung sowie das Cash Controlling liegen in deinem Aufgabenbereich - In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern bringst du dich aktiv in Projekte (z. B. M&A, Prozessoptimierungen) ein

Das bringst du mit: - Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder Controlling bildet deine fachliche Grundlage - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3-5 Jahre) im Accounting und Controlling sowie fundierte IFRS-Kenntnisse zeichnen dich aus - Ein sicherer Umgang mit SAP R/3 FI/CO sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen wird vorausgesetzt - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift bringst du mit - Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von analytischem Denkvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie einer hohen Eigenständigkeit
