Votre mission :

Au sein du Département des Systèmes d’Information, vous êtes en charge de :

\- Participer aux projets dans le rôle de Business Analyst

\- Recueillir et synthétiser les besoins auprès des départements et référents métier

\- Modéliser les processus et participer au cadrage des projets

\- Rédiger cahiers des charges et dossiers d’appel d’offre

\- Formaliser et suivre des exigences tout au long du projet

\- Comprendre les enjeux techniques pour les traduire auprès des départements et référents métier

\- Définir les critères d’acceptation et la stratégie de test

\- Tester, suivre la conformité et la qualité des réalisations

\- Former les utilisateurs organiser les actions d’accompagnement au changement

\- Organiser la transition et la mise en exploitation des solutions

\- Gestion du cycle de vie des produits et des applications

\- Piloter la maintenance des applications (corrective, adaptative et évolutive)

\- Formaliser et suivre les incidents, problèmes ou demandes de changement (backlog produit)

\- Coordonner la maintenance avec les utilisateurs et les fournisseurs

BUSINESS ANALYST 80\-100% \- Genève

Votre profil :

Au bénéfice d’un diplôme d’enseignement supérieur (Mastère, HES, EPF) dans le domaine de l’informatique, vous justifiez d’une expérience de plus de 3 ans dans la Business Analyse.

Vous bénéficiez de :

\- Une formation et/ou une expérience dans l’analyse et la formalisation des besoins informatiques

\- La connaissance d’outils d’analyse et de modélisation (BPMN, UML)

\- Une bonne compréhension des métiers de l’informatique (principes de développement et de déploiement, bases de données, tests, maintenance, etc.

\- Une réèlle expérience dans le développement informatique

\- D’excellentes capacités de communication, d’écoute, de synthèse et de rédaction en français

\- Un sens avéré de l’organisation et des priorités

\- La connaissance des grands principes de la gestion de projets

Constituent un plus pour votre candidature :

\- Expérience dans le développement d’application sur mesure, rôle de product owner et priorisation des besoins

\- Expérience dans l’assurance qualité, mise en place de campagnes de test, rédaction de tests automatisés

\- Expérience dans la gestion de produits informatiques comme responsable d’application, connaissance des principes de support et de maintenance informatique (bonnes pratiques ITIL par exemple)
