Du arbeitest bei der Militärversicherung, die Versicherungsschutz bei Unfällen und Krankheiten im Militär-, Zivilschutz- und Zivildienst bietet. Die Suva führt die Militärversicherung im Auftrag des Bundes.

Du verbindest Fachbereiche und Informatik und machst aus komplexen Anforderungen Lösungen, die wirklich etwas bewegen? Dann bist du bei uns richtig.

Was du bewirkst

  • Du begleitest Digitalisierungs- und Veränderungsvorhaben von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung neuer Lösungen.
  • Du erhebst und analysierst Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen und übersetzt diese in klare, umsetzbare Lösungen für die Entwickler:innen.
  • Du moderierst Workshops und stellst sicher, dass Anforderungen, Prioritäten und Lösungen gemeinsam erarbeitet und abgestimmt werden. 
  • Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, erkennst Optimierungspotenzial, treibst deren Weiterentwicklung aktiv voran und unterstützt die Fachbereiche auch im operativen Betrieb.
  • Du übernimmst die Brückenfunktion zwischen Fachbereich und Informatik und stellst sicher, dass fachliche Anforderungen zielgerichtet umgesetzt werden. Je nach Erfahrung übernimmst du zusätzlich die Rolle als Scrum-Master.

 

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über einen Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik (HF/FH/Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. 
  • Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und Informatik mit.
  • Du denkst konzeptionell, arbeitest dich selbständig in neue Themen ein und überzeugst durch eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise. 
  • Du hast Erfahrung im agilen Arbeitsumfeld und kennst Vorgehensmodelle wie Scrum oder SAFe.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch. Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
