Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft zur Einarbeitung in bestehende Prozesse, Systeme und Herausforderungen
  • Analyse, Strukturierung und Dokumentation bestehender Abläufe und Arbeitsprozesse
  • Identifikation und Priorisierung manueller, wiederkehrender und automatisierbarer Tätigkeiten
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Automatisierungs- und AI-Lösungen
  • Integration neuer Lösungen in bestehende Prozesse und Systeme
  • Analyse und Messung der erzielten Effizienzsteigerungen und Entlastungen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Abläufe
  • Dokumentation der entwickelten und implementierten Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers innerhalb des Teams
  • Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit relevanten internen Stakeholdern

 

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Automation Specialist oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Kenntnisse oder praktische Erfahrung mit ServiceNow
  • Gute Kenntnisse in ITIL und im IT Service Management
  • Kenntnisse in SIAM (Service Integration and Management)
  • Erfahrung oder fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Automatisierung und Einsatz von AI
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung bestehender Geschäfts- und IT-Prozesse
  • Fähigkeit, manuelle und wiederkehrende Abläufe zu erkennen und geeignete Verbesserungspotenziale abzuleiten
  • Bereitschaft, dich aktiv in das operative Tagesgeschäft einzuarbeiten und bestehende Prozesse aus der Praxis kennenzulernen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Integration von Automatisierungs- oder AI-Lösungen in bestehende Systemlandschaften von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierung und der Messung von Effizienzsteigerungen von Vorteil
  • Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
