Vous souhaitez jouer un rôle clé dans la transformation digitale de la Vaudoise Assurances ? Être un acteur clé de la transformation digitale de la distribution en contribuant à la conception des futurs services destinés aux courtiers, agents et partenaires de la Vaudoise, afin de simplifier leurs activités quotidiennes et soutenir le développement commercial de l'entreprise?

Rejoignez l'équipe en charge du domaine gestion des canaux et de la distribution en tant que Business Analyst (h/f/x) : une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée de Business Analysts, Développeurs et Product Owner en charge notamment du commissionnement, de la gestion des rabais ou encore des solutions courtier.

Vous y occuperez un rôle central et évoluerez dans un environnement stimulant où vous aborderez des problématiques variées et aurez l'opportunité de contribuer à de nombreux sujets stratégiques. Votre rôle consistera à faire le lien entre les besoins métier et les solutions techniques afin de concevoir et déployer des solutions digitales à forte valeur ajoutée.

Les missions qui vous attendent :

  • Analyser et challenger des besoins métiers variés recueillis par le PO et les formaliser en exigences claires
  • Co\-construire des solutions technico\-fonctionnelles avec les développeurs et les architectes
  • Documenter et modéliser (UML, BPMN) pour partager une vision commune des systèmes
  • Tester et valider (fonctionnels, UAT, suivi de mise en production)
  • Contribuer activement aux cérémonies agiles et au pilotage du projet
  • Piloter des intégrateurs sur de nouvelles implémentations

Votre profil :

  • Minimum 3 ans en tant que Business Analyst, idéalement dans le secteur des assurances (certification BA \= atout)
  • Diplôme supérieur (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI ou équivalent) en informatique, ingénierie ou domaine connexe
  • Bonne compréhension des architectures IT, développement frontend et APIs
  • Maîtrise d'Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), expérience confirmée en Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Français C1, anglais B2 (allemand \= réel plus).

Vous êtes orienté solutions, proactif et doté d'un excellent sens de la communication. Vous savez naviguer avec aisance entre les univers métier et IT et aimez apprendre en continu.
