Votre mission ####

Vous rejoignez une équipe en charge du support, de l-exploitation et de l-évolution d-une solution de GMAO dans un environnement technique et industriel complexe. À l-interface entre les métiers, l-IT et les éditeurs, vous contribuez à optimiser les processus de maintenance, la qualité des données et la performance de la solution.

Vous allez : ####

  • Assurer le support et l-administration fonctionnelle de la GMAO, notamment la gestion des incidents, des utilisateurs, des habilitations et du paramétrage.
  • Analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers et piloter les évolutions fonctionnelles de la solution en collaboration avec les équipes de maintenance.
  • Structurer et fiabiliser les données de maintenance, notamment les équipements, articles, stocks, référentiels techniques et plans de maintenance.
  • Optimiser et faire évoluer les processus de maintenance, en accompagnant leur digitalisation et leur amélioration continue.
  • Participer aux projets d-évolution de la GMAO, notamment les migrations, montées de version, interfaces et nouvelles fonctionnalités.
  • Coordonner les tests, recettes et validations et assurer le suivi des anomalies avec les éditeurs et les différentes parties prenantes.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs internes et externes à travers le support, la formation, la documentation et la conduite du changement.
  • Contribuer à l-évolution des solutions de reporting et BI liées aux activités de maintenance.

Profil recherché ####

  • Formation supérieure en informatique, systèmes d-information, ingénierie ou domaine équivalent.
  • Excellente connaissance des processus et méthodes de maintenance.
  • Expérience confirmée en GMAO, idéalement avec CARL Software et/ou ServiceNow.
  • Solide expérience en support applicatif et administration fonctionnelle.
  • Bonne connaissance des bases de données et des interfaces entre systèmes.
  • Connaissance des outils BI / reporting, notamment BIRT, SAP BusinessObjects WEBI ou Power BI.
  • Expérience en gestion de projet et animation d-ateliers avec des interlocuteurs métiers et techniques.
  • Capacité à coordonner différents interlocuteurs : métiers, IT, éditeurs et fournisseurs.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement technique ou industriel constitue un atout.
