Business Analyst GMAO / EAM (H/F)

Experis recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un acteur industriel majeur basé en Suisse, un(e) Business Analyst GMAO / EAM pour accompagner des projets stratégiques liés à la digitalisation et à l'optimisation des processus de maintenance industrielle.

Au sein de la DSI, vous agirez comme interlocuteur privilégié entre les équipes métier et les équipes IT afin de faire évoluer les solutions de gestion des actifs et de maintenance (GMAO/EAM) dans un environnement industriel complexe et multi\-sites.

Vos missions ------------

  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins des équipes métier liés à la maintenance et à la gestion des actifs industriels.
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et accompagner leur mise en œuvre.
  • Participer au paramétrage des solutions et assurer le suivi des développements réalisés par les équipes techniques ou les intégrateurs.
  • Organiser et piloter les phases de tests fonctionnels et de validation.
  • Former les utilisateurs clés et les accompagner lors des déploiements.
  • Assurer le support fonctionnel et la maintenance évolutive des applications.
  • Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue des processus de maintenance.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes métier pour définir et optimiser les flux de maintenance au sein du système d'information.
  • Contribuer à des programmes de transformation digitale touchant plusieurs sites de production en Suisse.

Votre profil ------------

* Formation supérieure en informatique, ingénierie, supply chain ou domaine équivalent. * Expérience significative en tant que Business Analyst, Consultant Fonctionnel, Responsable Applicatif ou Chef de Projet fonctionnel dans le domaine de la maintenance industrielle. * Bonne compréhension des processus de maintenance, de gestion des équipements et des actifs industriels. * Expérience dans la collecte et l'analyse des besoins métier ainsi que dans la rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles. * Connaissance d'une ou plusieurs solutions de type : + SAP PM / EAM + IBM Maximo + Hexagon EAM + Infor EAM + ou solution équivalente * Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs métiers et techniques. * Esprit d'analyse, autonomie et orientation résultats.

Critères indispensables ------------------------

  • Expérience professionnelle acquise en Suisse.
  • Expérience dans un environnement industriel, manufacturier ou de production.
  • Français courant à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements ponctuels sur différents sites de production en Suisse.

Atouts complémentaires -----------------------

  • Connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Expérience de déploiement de solutions GMAO/EAM à grande échelle.
  • Anglais professionnel.
