Willkommen in der faszinierenden Welt der Steuern! Das kantonale Steueramt erhebt gemeinsam mit den Gemeindesteuerämtern die Steuern für den Bund, den Kanton und die Gemeinden. Wir unterstützen Privatpersonen und Unternehmen im gesamten Steuererhebungsprozess. Dafür engagieren sich rund 800 qualifizierte Mitarbeitende am Standort in Zürich Altstetten. Wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/-n motivierte/-n Business Analyst/in. In dieser anspruchsvollen Position übernimmst du eine wichtige Rolle im Team Projekt- und Portfoliomanagement im Kantonalen Steueramt. Die Funktion ist geprägt von spannenden Aufgaben und komplexen Herausforderungen mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen.

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Du fokussierst Dich primär auf das strategische Grossprojekt zur Erneuerung unserer Applikationslandschaft und begleitest die Fachbereiche methodisch bei dieser zukunftsweisenden Transformation.  
  • Du nimmst die Anforderungen für die neuen Systeme auf, erkennst Schwachstellen in den bisherigen Abläufen und erarbeitest Verbesserungsvorschläge.
  • Dabei begleitest Du die Stakeholder eng durch den gesamten Prozess der Bedürfniserhebung, stellst den Business Case sicher, definierst Abnahmekriterien für das Projekt, führst Tests durch und organisierst bei Bedarf Benutzerschulungen.
  • Zudem berätst Du die Auftraggeber hinsichtlich der organisatorischen Optimierung und der Wirtschaftlichkeit im Rahmen dieser Systemablösung.
  • Je nach Projektphase übernimmst Du die Leitung von Arbeitspaketen innerhalb dieses Transformationsprogramms.

Dein Profil ###

  • Du verfügst über ausgewiesene Erfahrung als Business Analyst/in - idealerweise im Umfeld von IT-Modernisierungen - und hast im Optimalfall steuerrechtliches Fachwissen.
  • Zudem bringst Du eine höhere Ausbildung in Business Analyse, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit. Du kannst komplexe Anforderungen von verschiedenen Stakeholdern kritisch prüfen, einordnen und gezielt für die optimale Ausrichtung der neuen IT-Unterstützung, Prozesse und Strukturen nutzen.
  • Zertifizierungen in HERMES und/oder IREB-Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil.
  • Du kannst Projektaufgaben perfekt strukturieren, gehst diese systematisch an und erledigst sie termingerecht.
  • Du bist empathisch, kommunikationsstark und fühlst Dich wohl in Deiner Rolle als zentrale Ansprechperson für Deine Stakeholder im Projekt.
