Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst als Business Analyst SAP MM die fachliche Verantwortung für das Bestellwesen mit Schwerpunkt Rückwärtslogistik (Retouren, Rückzüge, Reklamationen) sowie An- und Auslieferprozesse inklusive der Schnittstellen zu unseren externen Logistik-Systemen
  • Du klärst Anforderungen gemeinsam mit dem Scrum-Team, den Stakeholdern und dem Business Product Owner und übersetzt fachliche Bedürfnisse in umsetzbare User Stories und Lösungskonzepte
  • Du begleitest die Umsetzung der Anforderungen im SAP-Backend - von der Filialbestellung über die Rückabwicklung bis zum Fulfillment durch Lieferanten und Verteilzentren
  • Zu deinen Themen gehören zudem 3rd-Level-Supportaufgaben innerhalb des Produktteams sowie die nachhaltige und dauerhafte Lösung von Störungen sowie Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Perspektivisch entwickelst du dich in die Rolle des IT Product Owners für das SAP-Backend im Bestellwesen weiter und übernimmst zunehmend Verantwortung für die Priorisierung und Weiterentwicklung des Product Backlogs

Anforderungen

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung in Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft - idealerweise als Studium mit Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-)Informatik
  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung als Business Analyst im SAP-Umfeld mit, idealerweise in SAP MM sowie im Bereich Bestellwesen, Rückwärtslogistik oder Lieferprozesse - Erfahrung im Retail-/Handelsumfeld ist von Vorteil
  • Du kennst dich mit Schnittstellen zu externen Logistik-Systemen aus oder bringst die Bereitschaft mit, dich in diese Thematik einzuarbeiten
  • Du hast bereits in agilen Teams gearbeitet und fühlst dich im Umgang mit Jira und Confluence sicher
  • Du bist motiviert, dich mittelfristig in Richtung IT Product Owner weiterzuentwickeln und Verantwortung für die technische Backlog-Priorisierung zu übernehmen
