Introduction ##

Pour notre division Systèmes d-Information, nous recherchons un Business Analyst - Prévision et Planification afin de renforcer l'équipe "Demand". Au sein d-une organisation orientée produits Agile, vous contribuerez à la conception, l-évolution et la sécurisation des processus métiers supportés par nos solutions de prévision et de planification, notamment Maestro et SAP. La mission principale sera d'assurer la liaison entre les équipes métiers et les équipes techniques pour garantir la bonne compréhension des besoins. 

Responsabilités ##

  • Recueillir, analyser et challenger les besoins métiers dans les domaines de la prévision et de la planification
  • Contribuer à la définition de solutions adaptées aux besoins métiers, en favorisant l-utilisation des standards des outils retenus
  • Participer à la conception et à l-évolution des processus dans l'APS Maestro, l-ERP SAP et les solutions associées
  • Réaliser ou coordonner les paramétrages fonctionnels nécessaires dans les solutions retenues
  • Rédiger les user stories, les spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées et contribuer aux spécifications techniques
  • Suivre, tester et valider les développements réalisés par l-équipe
  • Participer aux projets de déploiement, de transformation et d-amélioration continue des solutions informatiques
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs finaux lors des phases de test, de formation, de déploiement et de stabilisation
  • Contribuer à la qualité de la solution, de la documentation et des processus supportés
  • Assurer une veille sur les bonnes pratiques de prévision, planification et utilisation des solutions APS. 

Profil ##

  • Diplôme d-ingénieur, Master ou formation équivalente en informatique, logistique, planification, supply chain, commerce ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience d-au moins 3 ans dans un environnement APS, ERP ou solution de prévision/planification
  • Connaissance de Maestro ou d-un autre outil de planification avancée : SAP APO, SAP IBP, OMP, Blue Yonder ou équivalent
  • Aisance dans la rédaction de spécifications, user stories, scénarios de tests et supports utilisateurs
  • Esprit d-analyse et de synthèse
  • Capacité à comprendre des processus complexes et à les structurer
  • Rigueur dans la documentation, les tests et le suivi des décisions
  • Sens du service et capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs métiers variés
  • Curiosité pour les solutions de planification avancée et les standards APS
  • Capacité d-adaptation à des périmètres fonctionnels évolutifs.
