Business Analyst und Projektleiter (m/w/d) 100% ===============================================

Deine Aufgaben:

In dieser vielseitigen Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Geschäftsprozesse und digitalen Lösungen. Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen und IT zusammen, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und führst Veränderungen erfolgreich von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.

Zu deinen Kernaufgaben gehören:

  • Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Geschäfts\- und Kundenprozessen
  • Aufnahme, Bewertung und Spezifikation von Business\-Anforderungen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche im Anforderungsmanagement
  • Leitung und Koordination von Change Requests sowie kleineren und mittleren Projekten
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Business, IT und externen Partnern
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs\- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen
  • Verantwortung für ausgewählte Business\-Applikationen und deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Prozess\- und Projektdokumentation
  • Förderung innovativer Technologien und KI\-basierter Lösungen im Microsoft\-Umfeld

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung an einer FH, Universität oder ETH
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Prozess\- und Anforderungsanalyse
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement, idealerweise im Retail\- oder Telekommunikationsumfeld
  • IREB\-Zertifizierung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI\-Tools, vorzugsweise im Microsoft Tech Stack
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie ein gutes Gespür für aktuelle Technologien und digitale Entwicklungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Die Fähigkeit, adressatengerecht und überzeugend über unterschiedliche Fach\- und Hierarchieebenen hinweg zu kommunizieren

Du gehst Herausforderungen strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert an. Dabei behältst du auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick und begegnest deinem Umfeld freundlich und serviceorientiert.

Du bist offen für Neues, bringst eigene Ideen ein und hast Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten. Und weil gute Zusammenarbeit auch eine Frage der Haltung ist, bringst du gerne ein Lächeln mit und kannst manchmal auch über dich selbst lachen.
