Arbeitsort: Zürich Pensum: 80-100% Aufgaben: Du verantwortest den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Website-, CMS- und Digital-Plattformen und stellst deren Verfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Sicherheit sicher Du koordinierst Anforderungen und Inhalte mit Marketing, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern und begleitest deren Umsetzung Du steuerst Änderungen, Releases und technische Weiterentwicklungen und unterstützt bei der Einführung neuer Lösungen und Plattformen Du analysierst Störungen, koordinierst deren Behebung und arbeitest dabei mit internen Teams sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen Du überwachst die Leistungen von Hosting-, Support- und Entwicklungspartnern und stellst die Einhaltung vereinbarter Service Levels sicher Du unterstützt das Team bei weiteren Business-Applikationen und wirkst in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit Profil: Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management oder Plattformmanagement Erfahrung im Umfeld von Websites, CMS- oder Digital-Plattformen Kenntnisse in Betrieb, Hosting, Security sowie Incident-, Change- und Release-Management Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Marketing und externen Dienstleistern Erfahrung im Supplier- und Service-Management, Agile- / ITIL-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
