Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Im Produktionscontrolling analysieren Sie direkte sowie indirekte Herstellkosten und schaffen damit eine fundierte Basis für Rentabilität, Effizienz und wirtschaftliche Entscheidungen
  • Abweichungen zwischen Plan- und Ist-Kosten untersuchen Sie systematisch und entwickeln daraus wirkungsvolle Massnahmen zur nachhaltigen Optimierung der Kostenstrukturen
  • Gemeinsam mit den operativen Fachbereichen erstellen Sie Produktionsbudgets, aktualisieren Kostenprognosen und begleiten die finanzielle Planung entlang aktueller Produktionsentwicklungen
  • Aussagekräftige KPIs, monatliche Finanzberichte und moderne Management-Reports entwickeln Sie weiter und erhöhen dadurch die Transparenz über Kosten und industrielle Performance
  • Zusätzlich bewerten Sie Investitionen aus wirtschaftlicher Perspektive und treiben als SAP Key User oder BI-Spezialist die Weiterentwicklung digitaler Controlling-Instrumente voran

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Abschluss auf Stufe Uni, FH oder HF, eine Weiterbildung in Rechnungslegung und Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von mindestens fünf Jahren im Controlling ergänzt Ihr fundiertes Verständnis für Kostenrechnung, bestenfalls sind Sie bereits vertraut mit industriellen Finanzprozessen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel, SAP S/4HANA, BI-Tools und Datenmodellierung bringen Sie ebenso mit wie gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse, wobei Sie in der Zweitsprache mindestens über das Niveau B2 verfügen
  • Persönlich überzeugen Sie mit analytischem Denken, Freude an Details, Eigeninitiative, einer lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise und einem unkomplizierten Umgang mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern
