Ihre neue Perspektive: Für ein renommiertes, hochmodernes Zentrumsspital in der Region Aargau suchen wir einen proaktiven Business Controller (m/w/d).

Diese Position wird aufgrund einer anstehenden Pensionierung des aktuellen Stelleninhabers frei ? dies garantiert Ihnen eine strukturierte, saubere Einarbeitung und eine extrem stabile Position in einem krisensicheren Umfeld. In dieser Rolle agieren Sie als zentraler finanz- und betriebswirtschaftlicher Dreh- und Angelpunkt für den hochkomplexen und ressourcenintensiven Bereich der Chirurgie / des OP-Managements.

Ihre Aufgaben (Ihr Impact auf dem Floor):

  • Klinisches Sparring: Sie sind der direkte Berater auf Augenhöhe für die Klinikleitungen und das Bereichsmanagement in allen betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen der Chirurgie.
  • Leistungs- und OP-Steuerung: Durchführung tiefgehender Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen, Überwachung von OP-Kapazitäten, Leistungsstrukturen und Fallzahlen (SwissDRG / TarMed).
  • Budget & Reporting: Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung der Budgetplanung, Erstellung aussagekräftiger Management-Reportings sowie die Ableitung konkreter Optimierungs- und Handlungspotenziale.
  • Abschlusssicherheit: Sicherstellung der Qualität der periodischen Abschlüsse und finanziellen Abgrenzungen für Ihren Bereich.
  • Prozessentwicklung: Aktive Mitarbeit an spitalweiten Finanz-Projekten und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Instrumente und BI-Dashboards,

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil (Was Sie zwingend mitbringen):

  • Zwingende Voraussetzung: Sie bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung im Controlling des Gesundheitswesens (Spital, Klinikgruppe oder spezialisiertes Healthcare Consulting) mit.
  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Uni) in Betriebswirtschaft (Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Controlling.
  • System-Affinität: Sehr starke MS-Excel-Kenntnisse. Ein großes Plus (aber kein Muss) ist Erfahrung mit spezifischen Tools wie Qlik Sense oder dem Krankenhaus-Controlling-System TIP HCe.
  • Persönlichkeit: Sie sind eine durchsetzungsstarke, kommunikative Persönlichkeit. Sie sehen sich nicht als reiner "Zahlenverwalter", sondern als empathischer, aber zielorientierter Business Partner für die Ärzteschaft.
