Il Dipartimento Finanze RSI mette a concorso il posto di Business Controller dell'Offerta regionale RSI. In qualità di Business Controller garantite una gestione delle risorse trasparente, efficace e conforme alla strategia della SRG SSR.

Mansioni ####

All'interno del team, sarete responsabili delle seguenti attività:

  • Svolgerete compiti operativi come fornire analisi dei costi del personale, preparare report o creare e verificare database.
  • Affiancherete la linea nelle aree assegnate per tutte le questioni di gestione aziendale. Sarete esperti finanziari per quanto riguarda la pianificazione dei costi dell'Offerta regionale. Con una visione olistica dell'azienda, agirete in qualità di rappresentanti finanziari della linea e trasmetterete anche il punto di vista aziendale all'interno delle finanze.
  • Supporterete i gruppi di lavoro e di progetto fornendo competenze tecniche e preparando le basi per il processo decisionale. Assicurerete il follow-up dell'attuazione dei piani di risparmio decisi e contribuirete proattivamente la ricerca di soluzioni finanziarie per la trasformazione dell'azienda.
  • Analizzerete i flussi finanziari, individuerete opportunità e rischi e preparerete gli elementi necessari per la gestione dell'attività di cui sarete responsabili. Identificherete i rischi finanziari a medio termine e proporrete proattivamente misure correttive.

Requisiti ####

  • Solide competenze analitiche ed esperienza nel controllo di gestione.
  • Formazione universitaria in economia, diploma di esperto in finanza e controlling (EPS), attestato di specialista in finanza e contabilità (APF) o equivalente.
  • Buona visione strategica e trasversale, orientamento al il business e spirito di squadra.
  • Approccio di lavoro costruttivo e orientato alle soluzioni.
  • Padronanza in SAP CO/FI & BI ed Excel (preferito Power BI).
  • La conoscenza dei media di servizio pubblico è un vantaggio.
  • Ottima conoscenza del tedesco, la conoscenza del francese è un vantaggio.
