Unser Kunde ist eine etablierte Schweizer Privatbank mit internationaler Ausrichtung und enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem grossen Netzwerk von Partnerbanken im Ausland. Die Bank verbindet Schweizer Private-Banking-Kompetenz mit grenzüberschreitenden Lösungen für vermögende Privatkund:innen. Das Zürcher Team arbeitet eng mit den Partnerinstituten zusammen und unterstützt diese bei internationalen Kundenbedürfnissen. Die Rolle bietet hohe Sichtbarkeit, viel persönlichen Austausch und die Möglichkeit, ein spezialisiertes Geschäftsfeld gemeinsam mit einem erfahrenen Senior Relationship Manager weiterzuentwickeln.

Job Description ##

  • Ausbau des Geschäfts mit US-Kund:innen über internationale Partnerbanken
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Private-Banking-Berater und Entscheidungsträger in Deutschland
  • Präsentation der Schweizer Bankplattform und relevanter Lösungen bei Partnerbanken und Kundenveranstaltungen
  • Identifikation geeigneter Kundenpotenziale gemeinsam mit den lokalen Bankberater
  • Unterstützung bei der Gewinnung und strukturierten Überleitung neuer Kund an den Schweizer Standort
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenen Senior Relationship Manager sowie internen Fachspezialist
  • Durchführung von Schulungen, Informationsveranstaltungen und Marktaktivitäten für Partnerbanken
  • Beobachtung regulatorischer und marktbezogener Entwicklungen rund um internationale und US-bezogene Kundenbeziehungen

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Relevante Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Banking & Finance
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management oder in einer vertriebsorientierten Finanzfunktion
  • Erfahrung mit internationalen Kundenstrukturen, idealerweise mit US- und/oder Deutschen Kund:innen
  • Freude an Business Development, Präsentationen und aktiver Beziehungspflege zu Partnerbanken
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis des Schweizer Banken- und Private-Banking-Umfelds
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich und überzeugend zu präsentieren
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Reisen innerhalb der DACH-Region
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
