DOMINO SWISS HR SA, société spécialisée dans le placement de personnel en Suisse, recherche un(e) Business Developer secteur médical basé à Genève avec un rayonnement sur les cantons de Genève et de Vaud. En tant que Business Developer division médicale, vous serez un véritable acteur du développement de l'agence. Votre rôle sera de développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, fidéliser les clients existants et créer des partenariats durables, tout en participant activement au recrutement et au placement des candidats du secteur médical.

Description du poste

Vos missions Développement commercial \- Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients sur les cantons de Genève et de Vaud \- Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients \- Mettre en place une stratégie de prospection adaptée à votre secteur \- Effectuer des actions commerciales \- Présenter les services de DOMINO SWISS HR SA et identifier les besoins en recrutement et en personnel temporaire ou fixe \- Négocier les conditions commerciales et assurer le suivi des offres \- Développer des partenariats et de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires \- Assurer le suivi et la fidélisation des clients \- Mettre à jour les informations commerciales et assurer le reporting via Interiware. Recrutement & placement \- Comprendre les besoins en personnel des clients et définir les profils recherchés \- Rechercher et identifier les candidats correspondant aux besoins sur les cantons de Genève et de Vaud \- Rédiger et diffuser les annonces \- Effectuer le sourcing via CV-thèques, réseaux professionnels, cooptation \- Sélectionner les candidatures et réaliser les entretiens \- Constituer et suivre les dossiers candidats \- Présenter les profils aux clients et assurer le suivi des placements \- Développer et maintenir un vivier de candidats qualifiés.

Profil recherché

Votre profil \- Expérience de 3 ans dans le développement commercial, le recrutement ou le placement de personnel sur Suisse romande exigée \- Excellent sens commercial et goût prononcé pour la prospection \- Aisance relationnelle et excellente capacité de communication \- Esprit entrepreneurial, autonome et orienté résultats \- Capacité à développer rapidement un réseau professionnel \- Persévérance, dynamisme et capacité à convaincre \- Bonne organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément \- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et connaissance du logiciel Interiware \- Une connaissance du marché suisse et du secteur du recrutement constitue un atout.
