Ihre Aufgaben:

  • B2B-Neukundengewinnung & Marktgestaltung: Sie identifizieren Marktpotenziale in der Life-Sciences-Industrie und akquirieren eigenverantwortlich hochkarätige Suchmandate bei KMUs (Pharma, Biotech und Medtech).
  • C-Level Consulting & Value Selling: Sie agieren als geschätzter Sparringspartner direkt auf Entscheiderebene, pitchen bei CEOs, Geschäftsführern sowie HR-Leitern und verkaufen massgeschneiderte, wertschöpfende Executive-Search-Lösungen auf Augenhöhe.
  • Strategischer Beziehungsaufbau & Networking: Sie repräsentieren Coopers im Markt, bauen langfristige, vertrauensvolle Partnerschaften nachhaltig aus, festigen bestehende KMU-Accounts und sichern kontinuierliche Folgeaufträge.
  • Schnittstellen-Kompetenz & Projekterfolg: Von der detaillierten Mandatsanalyse bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss führen Sie das Mandat in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant zum Erfolg.

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Langfristiger Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen: Mehrjährige, nachweisbare Erfolge in der nachhaltigen Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen (Key Account Management) sowie im beratungsintensiven Lösungsverkauf (Solution Selling) und der Neukundenakquise
  • Hunter-Mentalität: Sie sind ein leidenschaftlicher Beziehungsgestalter, bringen hohe Abschlusssicherheit mit und besitzen die Ausdauer für das Premium-Dienstleistungssegment.
  • Auftreten auf C-Level: Sie kommunizieren absolut stilsicher, eloquent und überzeugend mit Entscheidungsträgern.
  • Branchennetzwerk: Sie bringen ein Verständnis für die Branche Life Sciences (ein bestehendes Netzwerk in diesen Sektoren ist ein starkes Plus).
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
