Für ein etabliertes Schweizer Softwareunternehmen suchen wir eine unternehmerische Persönlichkeit, die Business Development nicht als klassischen Verkauf versteht. Sie bewegen sich an der Schnittstelle von Kunde, Technologie und Business und gestalten die nächste Entwicklungsphase des Unternehmens aktiv mit.

Unser Auftraggeber entwickelt anspruchsvolle individuelle Softwarelösungen für Unternehmen und Organisationen. Im Zuge der weiteren Marktentwicklung soll das Business Development professionalisiert und gezielt ausgebaut werden. Gleichzeitig entstehen neue Wachstumsfelder rund um eigene Softwareprodukte und Künstliche Intelligenz.

Ihre Kernaufgaben ###

  • Sie übernehmen die übergeordnete Verantwortung für Business Development und Auftragsgewinnung und entwickeln bestehende Kunden weiter.
  • Gleichzeitig gewinnen Sie neue Kunden und erkennen frühzeitig, wo aus technologischen Möglichkeiten konkrete Geschäftschancen entstehen.
  • Sie führen anspruchsvolle Kundengespräche eigenständig: Sie verstehen Geschäftsprozesse und Anforderungen, diskutieren mit Kunden über mögliche Softwarelösungen und entwickeln erste Lösungsansätze.
  • Sie bauen einen professionellen Vertriebskanal für eigene Softwareprodukte und Lösungen auf und entwickeln Go-to-Market, Positionierung und Vertriebsmodelle weiter.
  • Sie entwickeln ein marktfähiges KI-Offering von Potenzialanalysen und Use Cases über Business Cases bis hin zur Initiierung konkreter Beratungs- und Umsetzungsprojekte.

Was Sie mitbringen ###

  • Fundierter Hintergrund in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software Engineering oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse im Umfeld individueller Softwareentwicklung
  • Ein beruflicher Hintergrund beispielsweise im IT-Consulting, Solution Architecture, Requirements Engineering, Software Engineering oder technischen Solution Sales
  • Erfahrung im Business Development, Consulting oder Lösungsvertrieb
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse über moderne Softwarearchitekturen, Cloud, Daten und KI, sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen in verständliche und wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Lösungsansätze zu übersetzen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Neugier, Eigeninitiative und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
