Seit mehr als 35 Jahren unterstützen unsere kompetenten Fachkräfte (Ingenieure, Techniker, Konstrukteure) unsere Kunden vor Ort bei der Realisierung anspruchsvoller, technischer Projekte in den Industrien Maschinenbau, Medizinaltechnik, Flugzeug- und Raumfahrttechnik, Energietechnik / Kraftwerke, Konsumgüter und Dienstleistungen. Zu unseren langjährigen Kunden zählen viele bekannte, multinationale Konzerne, aber auch viele innovative Schweizer KMUs. Wir möchten unser Geschäft sukzessive ausbauen und suchen eine / einen Business Development Manager (m/w) - Personalberatung Engineering & IT% Aufgabenbereich In Ihrer Position als Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager im Bereich Personal­beratung Engineering & IT ermitteln Sie Entscheider (technische Entwicklungsleiter, Personalabteilung) bei potenziellen Kunden in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz und überzeugen diese in telefonischen Gesprächen sowie persönlichen Präsentationsterminen von einer Zusammenarbeit mit uns. Sie akquirieren Besetzungsaufträge bei neuen, sowie bestehenden Kunden und helfen uns bei der Rekrutierung und Auswahl der dafür passenden Fachkräfte (Ingenieure, Techniker, Konstrukteure). Durch aktives Beziehungsmanagement und eine umfassende Betreuung stellen Sie sowohl für Ihre Kunden als auch für die von Ihnen betreuten Fachkräfte eine optimale und reibungslose Zusammenarbeit sicher. Anforderungen Vorteilhaft: Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb / Personalberatung Sie haben Spass am Vertrieb und freuen sich unsere Fachkräfte professionell und aktiv zu betreuen Ihren ausgeprägten Leistungs- und Erfolgswillen bringen Sie unternehmerisch denkend ins Team ein mit dem Ziel, nachhaltiges Unternehmenswachstum zu generieren Insgesamt überzeugen Sie mit Selbstbewusstsein, diplomatischem Geschick, Vertriebstalent und einer selbständigen Arbeitsweise Ihre souveräne und professionelle Wirkung im telefonischen und persönlichen Gespräch auf Entscheider­ebene bringen Sie erfolgreich ein Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch/Schweizerdeutsch.
