Leads qualifizieren & Deals abschließen: Vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss verantworten Sie den kompletten Sales Cycle und tragen somit zum Wachstum der erfolgreichen Betriebsstätte Schweiz bei. Sie identifizieren Chancen, öffnen Türen und gewinnen Neukunden, was zu langjährigen Geschäftsbeziehungen und zum Wachstum führen soll. Markt- & Wettbewerbsanalyse: Sie erkennen die Trends, sehen diese und sind aktiv – bevor es andere sind. Beziehungsaufbau: Ob persönlich, am Telefon oder digital – Sie überzeugen Entscheider von unseren Produkten und Systemen. Hiernach pflegen Sie Ihr Netzwerk und bauen dieses auf und aus. Pipeline-Management: Die Sales-Pipeline ist das A und O im Vertrieb. Strukturierte, priorisierte und transparente Bearbeitung ist hier essentiell.

Das bringen Sie mit Hunter-Mentalität: Sie lieben Akquise und Neukunden-Ansprache; Gesteckte Ziele spornen Sie an – Erfolge werden gebührend gefeiert. Erfahrung im Vertrieb Aussendienst: Durch mehrjährige im Vertrieb-Aussendienst – idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld - sind Sie die Person für diese Funktion. Kommunikationsstärke: Gesprächsführung, Einwandbehandlung und Abschlusstechniken beherrschen Sie im Schlaf. So schnell haut Sie kein Einwand oder Argument um. Eigeninitiative & Drive: Sie arbeiten selbstständig, schnell und mit klarem Fokus auf Ergebnisse. Professionalität: Unsere Kunden erwarten ein verhandlungssichere Auftreten, Know-How und Souveränität. Reisebereitschaft: In der ganzen Schweiz werden Sie für diese Aufgabe aktiv sein.
