Ihre Aufgaben: Akquisition neuer Kunden für technische Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Entwicklung, Produktion und Automation Vertriebsseitige Begleitung von Kundenprojekten von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Übergabe in die Serienproduktion Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines nachhaltigen Kundenportfolios in der Schweiz und im DACH-Raum mit langfristiger Ausrichtung auf weitere europäische Märkte Betreuung bestehender Key Accounts sowie Aufbau neuer strategischer Kundenbeziehungen Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, Marktpotenziale und relevanter Kundensegmente Erstellung von Angeboten, Kalkulationen und Business Cases Verantwortung für die vereinbarten Umsatz-, Margen- und Wachstumsziele Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie den internen Bereichen Entwicklung, Produktion und Automation Teilnahme an Messen, Marketingaktivitäten und Kundenveranstaltungen Aktive Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Services

Ihr Profil: Technische Grundausbildung, beispielsweise in Elektrotechnik, Automation, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich Weiterbildung in Verkauf, Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft von Vorteil Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb von technischen Dienstleistungen, Automatisierungs- oder Industrialisierungslösungen Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Neukundengewinnung sowie im Business Development Gutes Netzwerk in den Bereichen Industrie, Automation, Produktion oder Maschinenbau Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil Unternehmerische, kundenorientierte und selbständige Persönlichkeit Bereitschaft zu Geschäftsreisen innerhalb der Schweiz und Europas
