Aufgaben

* Analyse der fachlichen Anforderungen und deren Machbarkeit von Digital Onboarding im Bankenumfeld * Ausarbeitung und Bewertung von zukunftsorientierten Lösungsansätzen unter Berücksichtigung der Wirtschaftlichkeit, der Qualität und der Risiken * Erstellen von Anforderungsbeschreibungen und Spezifikationen (z.B. Fachspezifikationen, Features und User Stories) * Aktive Mitarbeit in der Umsetzung, dem Testing und der Einführung * Mitverantwortung für den Betrieb der Applikationen, Unterstützung der Vertriebsmitarbeitenden bei Problembehebungen sowie selbstständige Analyse und Behebung zugewiesener Incidents und Defects * Organisation, Moderation und Durchführung von Workshops mit relevanten Stakeholdern * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Business Engineers, Produktmanagement, Fachspezialisten, DevOps Engineers und IT\-Architektur

Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Engineer oder einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Business und IT
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Client Onboarding, digitaler Produktabschlüsse oder Client Lifecycle Management, insbesondere im Finanzwesen
  • Kenntnisse zu fachlichen und prozessualen Fragestellungen entlang des Kundenlebenszyklus (Onboarding, KYC, Review\- oder Mutationsprozesse)
  • Hohe Affinität für digitale Prozesse und Applikationen
  • Erfahrung mit Scrum bzw. SAFe Methoden
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse

Persönlichkeit

  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Überzeugende und sichere Auftrittskompetenz
