Der Bereich -Financial Crime Compliance- verantwortet die zukunftsfähige und sichere Ausgestaltung unserer Applikationen und Prozesse zur Verhinderung von Finanzkriminalität. Wir sorgen dafür, dass regulatorische Anforderungen effizient und nachhaltig umgesetzt werden und unterstützen so ein vertrauenswürdiges und regelkonformes Kundenerlebnis. In einem interdisziplinären Umfeld verbindest du Business-Bedürfnisse mit technischer Machbarkeit und prägst damit die Weiterentwicklung unserer Bank in einem zentralen Risikobereich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategisches Verantworten und Weiterentwickeln von Applikationen und Prozessen im Bereich Financial Crime Compliance mit Fokus Sanktionsüberwachung im Zahlungsverkehr und Geldwäschereimeldungen.
  • Übernehmen von Stellvertretungen bei den Themen AML Transaction Monitoring, Name Matching, KYC und PEP
  • Unterstützen von Compliance und weiteren Stakeholdern bei der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten, um fundierte und nachvollziehbare Entscheide zu ermöglichen
  • Koordinieren komplexer Initiativen und Projekte im Bereich Financial Crime Compliance - von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Umsetzung bis zur Einführung
  • Enges Zusammenarbeiten und Sparring auf Augenhöhe mit Compliance, Legal, IT und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Analysieren bestehender Prozesse und Systeme, Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Definition und Konzeption von Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Sicherstellen der Umsetzung regulatorischer und interner Anforderungen sowie deren Dokumentation mit entsprechender Testevidence.
  • Aktives Beobachten regulatorischer und technologischer Entwicklungen und deren Überführung in konkrete Roadmaps und Projekte

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss (Uni/FH) in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Banking, idealerweise im Bereich Financial Crime Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering oder Risk Management
  • Mehrjährige (Projekt-)Erfahrung im Zahlungsverkehr
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Lösungen im Compliance- oder Regulatorik-Umfeld (inkl. konkreter Projekte/Initiativen)
  • Relevante Erfahrung im Umgang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (z.B. Geldwäschereigesetz, Betrugsbekämpfung, Datenschutz)
  • Tiefes technisches Verständnis von IT-Systemen, Datenanalysen und digitalen Prozessen (Architektur- und Designverständnis, ohne selbst zu entwickeln)
  • Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in mit einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein und bereit Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
