Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Initiieren, leiten und steuern strategische und operative SCM\-Projekte von der Problemdefinition bis zur nachhaltigen Umsetzung.
  • Analysieren End\-to\-End\-Prozesse in Planung, Beschaffung, Produktion, Lager, Logistik und Disposition und identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale.
  • Wenden Lean\-, Kaizen\-, Six\-Sigma\- und Projektmanagementmethoden an und etablieren diese im SCM.
  • Erarbeiten gemeinsam mit den relevanten Fachbereichen Projektaufträge, Zielbilder, Business Cases, Roadmaps, Kennzahlen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Führen das SCM\-Projektportfolio, priorisierst Vorhaben und machen Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Zielabweichungen transparent.
  • Moderieren Wertstromanalysen, Workshops und Problemlösungsformate und stellen die nachhaltige Umsetzung der Massnahmen sicher.
  • Entwickeln und überwachen SCM\-KPIs, beispielsweise Liefertermintreue, Durchlaufzeit, Bestandsreichweite, Servicegrad, Prozessqualität und Produktivität.
  • Stellen eine hohe Datenqualität sowie belastbare Analysen für Entscheidungen, Projektsteuerung und Nutzenrealisierung sicher.
  • Unterstützen die Umsetzung des Hoshin\-Kanri\-Prozesses zur Erreichung der Unternehmens\- und SCM\-Ziele.
  • Arbeiten in gruppenweiten Transformations\-, Operational\-Excellence\- und Sustainability\-Projekten mit, unter anderem bei Datenerhebung, Nachweisführung sowie Audit\- und Zertifizierungsbegleitung.

Die passende Persönlichkeit für uns:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare technische bzw. betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management, Operations oder Prozessmanagement.
  • Weiterbildung und mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in Lean Management und Six Sigma; eine Black\-Belt\-Qualifikation oder gleichwertige vertiefte Methodenkompetenz ist von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer, bereichsübergreifender SCM\- oder Operations\-Projekte.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SCM\-Prozessen, Kennzahlensystemen, Prozessanalyse sowie Datenanalyse und \-visualisierung.
  • Ein gutes Verständnis von Nachhaltigkeitsprinzipien und \-anforderungen; Erfahrungen mit Datenanforderungen, Audits oder Zertifizierungsprozessen sind von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische, kommunikative und moderative Fähigkeiten.
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, hohe Eigenverantwortung und eine ausgeprägte Umsetzungsorientierung.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse.
