Business Intelligence Spezialist/in Gestalten Sie als BI\-Spezialist/in im KSA moderne Business\-Intelligence\-Lösungen und schaffen Sie die Grundlage für datengetriebene Entscheidungen im Gesundheitswesen. Business Intelligence Spezialist/in 80\-100% 01\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung, unbefristet Ihre Aufgaben Sie konzipieren, entwickeln und optimieren Datenmodelle, Management\-Dashboards sowie Reports und erstellen aussagekräftige Analysen für die finanzielle Steuerung des Spitalbetriebs, Fokus auf Analytics und operative Prozesse im Controlling. Sie analysieren die Anforderungen unserer Fachbereiche und entwickeln in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen massgeschneiderte Business\-Intelligence\-Lösungen. Sie integrieren neue Quellsysteme und entwickeln unsere moderne Datenplattform durch die Implementierung neuer Datenmodelle, Cubes und Data\-Warehouse\-Lösungen kontinuierlich weiter. Sie sind mitverantwortlich für die Wartung, den Betrieb sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Business\-Intelligence\-Landschaft und stellen deren Qualität, Stabilität und Zukunftsfähigkeit sicher. Sie beraten und befähigen unsere Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit Business\-Intelligence\-Tools und unterstützen sie dabei, datenbasierte Entscheidungen im Arbeitsalltag zu treffen. Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss (FH oder Universität) in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet oder über eine gleichwertige Qualifikation. Sie bringen ca. drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Business\-Intelligence\-Lösungen im Controlling Bereich mit. Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Reporting\-, Analyse\- und Dashboard\-Lösungen mit gängigen BI\-Tools wie Power BI oder Qlik Sense. Kenntnisse in Qlik Sense sind von Vorteil. Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Datenmodellen sowie im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Data\-Warehouse\-Lösungen und modernen Datenplattformen mit. Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten aus, arbeiten strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und kommunizieren adressatengerecht.
