Notre unité Jacques Allemann est spécialisée dans la fabrication de fils fins de haute précision, de fiches, d'axes, de barres, de micro\-fils plats et de profilés dans plus de 250 matériaux standards et spéciaux. Nous produisons pour les domaines industriels les plus divers – de l'industrie horlogère à la technique médicale, en passant par l'automobile et l'aéronautique. Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un/une personne pour développer et faire croître notre nouvelle activité Tubes de précision, à Brügg (Bienne), Business Line Manager Tubes de précision Vos tâches : Construire et développer l'activité Tubes de précision et identifier de nouveaux marchés, clients et applications Développer notamment les marchés médical, pharmaceutique, dentaire et high\-tech Identifier les besoins des clients et développer des solutions adaptées en collaboration avec nos équipes techniques Assurer le suivi technique et commercial des projets, de la demande initiale jusqu'à la réalisation Développer, optimiser et sécuriser la chaîne d'approvisionnement internationale Identifier, qualifier et développer de nouveaux fournisseurs et partenaires Analyser les marchés, les tendances et la concurrence afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance Développer de nouveaux domaines d'application et établir des relations commerciales durables Assumer la responsabilité du chiffre d'affaires, de la rentabilité, de la qualité et de la performance de livraison de l'activité Votre profil : Formation technique ou commerciale, idéalement complétée par une formation en Business Development, Supply Chain, vente ou gestion d'entreprise Expérience confirmée dans le Business Development, la vente technique et/ou le Supply Chain Management, idéalement dans l'industrie métallurgique, les produits de précision ou un environnement industriel similaire Bonnes connaissances techniques des tubes, fils, alliages spéciaux ou produits métalliques de précision Compréhension des processus industriels et capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs techniques et commerciaux Forte orientation client et résultats, avec un véritable esprit entrepreneurial Autonomie, capacité d'initiative et aptitude à construire une activité à partir de zéro Maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais ; le français constitue un avantage Disponibilité pour des déplacements en Suisse et à l'international Nous vous offrons: Un travail varié dans un environnement évolutif.
