Deine Mission:

Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Brandowner (Weingüter) und \& Marmot, koordinierst das operative Geschäft und verantwortest in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Director die Umsatz\- und Geschäftsentwicklung im verantworteten Bereich.

Dazu gehören die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebs\- und Geschäftsstrategien, die gezielte Motivation und Unterstützung des Aussendienstes zur Steigerung der Weinverkäufe.

Du verantwortest zudem die Definition und Weiterentwicklung des Sortiments sowie die Konzeption, Planung und Finanzierung von verkaufsfördernden Massnahmen und Promotionen.

Ziel ist es, ein nachhaltiges Umsatzwachstum zu generieren und die Marktpotenziale optimal auszuschöpfen – dies mit einem passenden Weinportfolio für die Firma, welches einen Umsatz von knapp 4 Millionen Franken generiert.

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Aktive Betreuung (in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Salesforce) der Getränkehändler und Kunden sowie aktive Kundengewinnung strategischer Neukunden
  • Sortimentspflege sowie Sortiment Aus\- und Abbau
  • Aktive Betreuung der Weinbrandowner / Weingüter
  • Coaching und Führung des Weinteams (1 Manager, 1 Ambassadorin)
  • Entwicklung von neuen Geschäftsfeldern und Opportunitäten
  • Festlegung des jährlichen Weinbudgets in Zusammenarbeit mit Director
  • Marketing Support / Trade Marketing Support für Verkaufsteam
  • Schulung des Verkaufsteams als «Wein Knowhow Träger» im Unternehmen
  • Verantwortlich für die A\&P Budgets (Verhandlung und Einhaltung der Budgets)
  • Analyse der Weinverkaufszahlen und Erarbeitung von Massnahme\-Plänen zwecks Zielerreichung
  • Einkaufsplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Einkaufsteam

Dein Profil:

Wir suchen eine unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die das Weingeschäft eigenständig und mit hoher Eigeninitiative weiterentwickelt. Der General Manager und der Director of stehen dabei unterstützend zur Seite. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Verkaufsteam und dem Team «Einkauf und Logistik» zusammen.

  • Höhere Fachausbildung im Weinbereich (WSET Level 3\), Hotelfachschule oder Sommelier Ausbildung, oder mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Weinbereich mit fundierten Fachkenntnissen
  • Ausgeprägte Verkaufs\- und Kommunikationsstärke, unternehmerisches Denken und Eigeninitiative
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch, ösisch ist von Vorteil
  • Gültiger Fahrausweis der Kategorie B
