* Fungere da interlocutore/trice principale del personale con funzioni direttive presso la Centrale e all'estero per tutte le questioni inerenti alla gestione delle risorse umane, dal reclutamento e dallo sviluppo del personale alla gestione dei conflitti e al case management * Offrire consulenza alle collaboratrici e collaboratori esterni in merito alla pianificazione della carriera e a situazioni complesse * Pianificare e coordinare il processo di trasferimento internazionale e assistere il personale consolare * Partecipare all'elaborazione e all'applicazione di piani, basi e progetti nelle questioni strategiche relative alle risorse umane * Assicurare l'attuazione sul piano amministrativo di tutte le decisioni concernenti il personale, inclusi chiarimenti in materia di diritto del lavoro

* Diploma di laurea o attestato professionale federale come specialista in risorse umane * Esperienza pluriennale nel campo delle risorse umane lungo l'intero ciclo di vita RU, idealmente in un ambiente internazionale * Senso di responsabilità, flessibilità, orientamento al servizio e spirito di squadra * Spiccate capacità analitiche, pensiero sistemico e orientato alla ricerca di soluzioni * Ottime conoscenze di due lingue ufficiali

Il Dipartimento federale degli affari esteri (DFAE) coordina e definisce, su mandato del Consiglio federale, la politica estera della Svizzera, tutela gli interessi del Paese e promuove i valori svizzeri.

La Direzione delle risorse (DR) gestisce l'impiego del personale e delle risorse finanziarie necessari per l'attuazione degli obiettivi di politica estera e cura la rete di rappresentanze della Svizzera all'estero. La DR fornisce i servizi necessari al funzionamento del Dipartimento nell'ambito della logistica, della telematica e degli strumenti di gestione e controlling. È inoltre competente per l'attività legislativa, l'applicazione del diritto e la consulenza giuridica nel DFAE. Fa parte della Direzione delle risorse anche la Centrale viaggi della Confederazione, che organizza e acquista viaggi di servizio internazionali.
