Support aux affaires (h/f/d)

Vos tâches

- Réalisation de contrôles de qualité et d'exhaustivité des informations saisies lors de la création de projets dans SAP Fiori ainsi que validation de l'ouverture des projets - Soutien à l'administration des projets (ouverture de projet, clôture de projet, garanties de projet, notifications d'obstruction, lettres d'avenant, 15 points d'arrêt, archivage des projets dans SharePoint) - Création et traitement des factures clients externes et internes - Réalisation du contrôle financier avec SAP et SAP Fiori - Soutien à la gestion des débiteurs - Soutien dans le domaine des relances et des poursuites - Saisie des commandes ainsi que rapprochement des factures fournisseurs avec les commandes correspondantes dans votre domaine de responsabilité - Saisie et mise en œuvre des contrats dans Planon - Soutien du Financial Business Partner dans les tâches et processus mensuels - Formation des collaborateurs opérationnels dans le domaine de compétence concerné - Personne de contact pour l'outil de pointage

Votre profil

- Formation commerciale ou administrative de base - Expérience dans le domaine des projets ainsi que connaissances des processus commerciaux dans les secteurs proches de la construction sont un avantage - Connaissances impératives de SAP FI/CO et SAP Fiori - Personnalité proactive, motivée et orientée service - Méthode de travail en équipe, structurée et autonome - Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit - Connaissances d'autres langues nationales ainsi que de l'anglais sont un avantage
