Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung in Niedergösgen SO eine proaktive, dienstleistungsorientierte und flexible Persönlichkeit als

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Vollständigkeitsprüfungen der beim Anlegen von Projekten in SAP Fiori erfassten Informationen sowie Freigabe der Projekteröffnung
  • Unterstützung in der Projektadministration (Projekteröffnung, Projektabschluss, Projektgarantien, Behinderungsanzeigen, Nachtragsschreiben, 15 Haltepunkte, Projektablage in SharePoint)
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung externer und interner Kundenrechnungen
  • Durchführung der Finanzierungskontrolle mit SAP und SAP Fiori
  • Unterstützung im Debitorenmanagement
  • Unterstützung im Mahn- und Betreibungswesen
  • Erfassung von Bestellungen sowie Abgleich von Lieferantenrechnungen mit den entsprechenden Bestellungen im eigenen Zuständigkeitsbereich
  • Erfassung und Implementierung von Verträgen in Planon
  • Unterstützung des Financial Business Partners bei monatlichen Aufgaben und Prozessen
  • Schulung operativer Mitarbeitender im zuständigen Fachbereich
  • Ansprechperson für das Zeiterfassungstool

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische oder administrative Grundausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Projektumfeld sowie Kenntnisse kaufmännischer Prozesse in baunahen Branchen von Vorteil
  • Zwingende Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO und SAP Fiori
  • Proaktive, motivierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Teamorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse weiterer Landessprachen sowie Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
