Auf einen Blick

 

In unserem 14-köpfigen Finance & Controlling (FICO) Team suchen wir einen erfahrenen Business Unit Controller. Das FICO Team kümmert sich um die Finanz- und Controlling Themen der Schweizer SKAN Gesellschaften. Zusätzlich koordiniert das Team die Gruppenweiten FICO Aufgaben. 

 

 

Aufgaben

 

  • FICO Betreuung dedizierter Business Unit
  • Sparring Partner vom Business Unit Leiter
  • Erstellung, Analyse und Interpretation der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse der zugeordneten Business Unit (international)
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des internen Financial Reportings (Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss)
  • Bearbeitung von Ad-Hoc-Analysen und Berichten inkl. Präsentation der Ergebnisse 
  • Erstellung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Durchführung des Budgetprozesses
  • Mitarbeit bei Optimierungsprozessen (abteilungsspezifisch und bereichsübergreifend)
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche in allen betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen & Controlling
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Controlling (z.B. Experte in Rechnungslegung und Controlling) wünschenswert
  • SAP Kenntnisse (FICO Module zwingend), zusätzliche SAP Modulkenntnisse wie z.B. PP, SD, MM von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket insbesondere Excel
  • Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Affinität zur IT und Applikationen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling in einem produzierenden Unternehmen von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse über Rechnungslegungsstandards (Swiss GAAP FER)
  • Souveränes & sicheres Auftreten sowie ein sehr gutes Ausdrucks- und Sprachvermögen 
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
