Nous recherchons actuellement des Caissièr(e)/polyvalent(e) pour intégrer l'équipe de l'un de nos partenaires dans la région de Genève, une entreprise industrielle de renom active dans le secteur des crayons et arts graphiques. Description du poste

  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien de l’établissement
  • Veiller à la qualité de l’accueil et à la satisfaction de la clientèle
  • Organiser et coordonner les différentes tâches quotidiennes
  • Garantir le respect des procédures, des normes d’hygiène et de propreté
  • Être un véritable soutien pour l’équipe et la direction
  • Gérer les e-mails, demandes clients et fournisseurs
  • Assurer le suivi administratif courant
  • Organiser et suivre les commandes
  • Contrôler les livraisons et les stocks
  • Anticiper les besoins en marchandises et assurer le réapprovisionnement
  • Classer et assurer le suivi des différents documents administratifs
  • Accueillir, conseiller et fidéliser la clientèle
  • Promouvoir les produits et services de l’établissement
  • Développer les ventes grâce à une approche commerciale proactive
  • Répondre aux demandes et assurer un suivi personnalisé des clients
  • Être à l’aise dans la prise de contact et la communication avec différents interlocuteurs

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée dans la restauration, idéalement dans une fonction à responsabilités
  • Sens aigu de l’organisation et de la rigueur
  • Très bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
  • À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et la gestion des e-mails
  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles et commerciales
  • Autonome, fiable et proactive
  • Sens des responsabilités et goût du travail bien fait
  • Esprit pratique et capacité à trouver rapidement des solutions
