Calculateur / Calculatrice en fourniture de végétaux (80-100%)

Votre profil :

  • Formation professionnelle administrative reconnue (CFC, HES), diplôme dans le domaine horticole un plus.
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office)
  • Compétences analytiques et organisationnelles élevées
  • Rigueur, capacité de recherche de solutions et résistance au stress
  • Intérêt pour le domaine de la nature, du végétal et volonté de développer ses connaissances
  • Esprit d-équipe et d-entraide
  • Connaissance des langues étrangères (Allemand/Anglais), un plus

Responsabilités :

  • Réception, traitement des demandes et commandes de notre clientèle
  • Chiffrage et établissement des offres
  • Préparation des bulletins de livraison et de l-étiquetage
  • Analyse et comparatif des offres fournisseurs
  • Suivi et relance de la clientèle
  • Collaboration quotidienne avec les équipes administrative et commerciale
