Du bist kommunikativ, hast Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt und bringst bereits erste Erfahrung im Callcenter oder mit? Dann suchen wir genau Dich!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktiver Verkauf von bekannten und etablierten Produkten an bestehende sowie neue Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Telefonische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kundschaft
  • Führen von professionellen Beratungs\- und Verkaufsgesprächen
  • Vereinbarung von Terminen für den Aussendienst
  • Pflege der Kundendaten sowie diverse administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen

Deine Einsatzmöglichkeiten

Damit wir unsere Kundinnen und Kunden optimal erreichen, bringst Du die Bereitschaft mit, regelmässig zu folgenden Zeiten zu arbeiten:

  • Mindestens 2 Abende pro Woche zwischen 17:00 und 20:00
  • 2 Samstage pro Monat zwischen 09:00 und 12:00
  • Welche Abende und Samstage Du arbeitest, kannst Du flexibel selbst wählen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Callcenter, Telesales oder in einer vergleichbaren \-/Kundenkontakt\-Funktion wird zwingend vorausgesetzt
  • Sehr gute mündliche Kenntnisse in Schweizerdeutsch
  • Offene, kommunikative und überzeugende Persönlichkeit
  • Freude am Telefonieren sowie am aktiven Verkauf
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und professionelles Auftreten
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
