Für unsere Kundin suchen wir nach Vereinbarung für den Standort in der Region Kreuzlingen (KEIN HOMEOFFICE) mehrere telefonische Kundenberater/ Call Agents Inbound für die Abteilung Telekommunikation (m/w) 50-100%.

Das erwartet Dich:

  • Du führst und protokollierst eingehende Telefongespräche im technischen und administrativen Bereich
  • Du erhöhst die Kundenzufriedenheit durch dein schnelles Lösen der eingehenden Service-Anliegen
  • Du hilfst bei der Erfüllung der Projektziele, durch eine effiziente Gesprächsführung
  • Arbeitszeiten: Mo - So: 07.00 Uhr bis 24.00 Uhr

Anforderungen:

  • (mündlich und schriftlich) fliessendes, akzentfreies Deutsch, sowie Schweizerdeutsch Verständnis (jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil)
  • Sprachgewandt, motiviert, technisch versiert, flexibel und zuverlässig
  • Verfügbarkeit zu 100% während der Schulungsdauer von 2 Wochen
  • Schichtbereitschaft: Unsere Mitarbeiter werden jeden zweiten Samstag und überwiegend gegen am Abend geplant
  • Die Rahmenkonditionen für die Teilzeitmitarbeiter (50-100% Pensum) bleiben gleich: 5 Tage pro Woche, Arbeitstage: Montag – Sonntag

Kenntnisse zwingend:

  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse, fortgeschrittene EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Gutes Telekommunikationsverständnis
  • Gute Kommunikation
  • Verkaufs- und Beratungsaffinität (Sales, Up- und Cross-Selling)
