Call Center Agent Telemarketing 40 - 60% (m/f/d) FR avec rémunération horaire Langue: français

Tes tâches:

  • Tu contactes les clients et prospects par téléphone afin de leur présenter et de leur proposer différents produits et abonnements
  • Tu identifies leurs besoins et conduis les entretiens de vente de manière claire, convaincante et orientée vers les solutions
  • Tu assures le suivi administratif des dossiers clients et documentes soigneusement les informations nécessaires.
  • Tu contribues activement à l’atteinte des objectifs individuels et collectifs

Ton profil:

  • Tu disposes d’une formation achevée, de niveau CFC ou jugée équivalente
  • Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français, au minimum au niveau C1
  • Des bonnes connaissances du suisse allemand constituent un atout, mais ne sont pas indispensables
  • Tu bénéficies d’une expérience en centre d’appels ou dans la vente téléphonique
  • Tu apprécies le contact téléphonique et sais mener des entretiens de vente de manière convaincante et professionnelle
  • Tu disposes de très bonnes compétences en communication
  • Tu travailles de façon autonome, structurée et fiable
  • Tu es flexible, ponctuel·le et à l’aise dans un environnement dynamique
  • Tu maîtrises les outils informatiques courants
  • Tu es disponible pour assurer au minimum deux services du soir par semaine, à convenir ensemble
