AP Dialog AG ist ein führender Anbieter von Call Center und Telemarketing Dienstleistungen an den Standorten Baden-Dättwil. Das Leistungsspektrum reicht von der Telefonauskunft 1820, der Betreuung von Inbound-Hotlines bis zur Abwicklung von komplexen Outbound-Kampagnen für diverse Unternehmen aus verschiedensten Branchen.

Für unsere schnell wachsende Inbound Abteilung suchen wir per sofort ein/e erfahrene/n und interessierte/r

Mitarbeiter/in im Kundendienst 80% - 100% (m,w)

Tätigkeitsgebiet Entgegennahme von schriftlichen und telefonischen Kundenanfragen eines Energiekonzerns. Erstellen von Zahlungsvereinbarungen sowie Mahnstopps, Bearbeitung von Stromzählereingaben und Umzugsmeldungen, Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu Photovoltaik (PVA). Eine professionelle Kommunikation mündlich wie schriftlich prägen deinen Arbeitsalltag.

Erfahrungen Du hast erste Erfahrungen im telefonischen Kundenkontakt. Du verfügst über eine starke kommunikative Fähigkeit und hast eine akzentfreie Ausdrucksweise in den angeforderten Sprachen. Deine IT-Affinität sowie deine MS-Office Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

Ausbildung Du hast eine gute Allgemeinbildung und sehr gute geographische Kenntnisse der Schweiz.

Sprachen Deutsch/akzentfreies Schweizerdeutsch Muttersprache / C2 Französisch B2, verhandlungssicher

Motivation Du erhältst eine intensive Einführung, eine Möglichkeit, den Kundendialog täglich mit deinen Sprachkenntnissen zu trainieren. Du geniesst bei uns ein flexibles Einsatzgebiet, d.h. Home-Office oder auch die Möglichkeit nach Absprache sporadisch im Ausland zu arbeiten. Der Wunsch nach einem interessanten und abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet ist garantiert.
