The posting

In dieser Position sind Sie hauptsächlich für den Prozess der Fertigung von Verdichterrädern am Standort Baden, Schweiz, zuständig. Diese Rolle erfordert umfassende Kenntnisse in der Fertigungstechnik sowie fundierte Programmierfähigkeiten. Die Maschinen sind Teil einer hochautomatisierten Produktionslinie und setzen entsprechende Erfahrung und Grundlagen im Bereich der intelligenten Fabrik voraus. Sie berichten direkt an den Abteilungsleiter der Rotorfertigung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* End\-to\-End Verantwortung für die Prozessausarbeitung in der Rotorfertigung: Verantwortlich für die Fertigungsprozesse und Sicherstellung der Prozessstabilität bei den Dreh\- und Fräsbearbeitungen.

* Erstellen von Programmiervorlagen in 3DX/CATIA und MAX\-PAC und NC\-Programmen für das Drehen und Fräsen von Rotorkomponenten.

* Ausarbeitung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Werkzeugkonzepts und Sicherstellung der richtigen Werkzeugdaten, inkl. Schnittstelle zur Werkzeugverwaltung

* Unterstützt die Fertigung beim Einfahren von neuen Maschinen und neuen Bauteilen

* Definition jeglicher Mess\- und Auswertparametern, um die systematische und kontinuierliche Kontrolle der Fertigungsprozesse sicherzustellen

* Sicherstellen und Überwachen der Prozessstabilität der Fertigungsprozesse auf den NC\-Maschinen: Verantwortlich für die prozessstabile Programmierung, inkl. der Daten/Auswertung von den Prozessen

* Selbständige und proaktive Kommunikation mit Produktionsteamleitern, Maschinenbedienenden und mit PP\-Entwicklung

Ihre Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung oder FH\-Studium

* Weiterbildung in der NC\-Programmierung und CAM\-Programmierung

* Langjährige (2\+ Jahre) Erfahrung im Bereich NC\-Programmierung mit Fokus Drehen und Fräsen

* Erfahrung in der selbständigen Ausarbeitung von Bearbeitungsprozessen und direkte Umsetzung auf NC\-Werkzeugmaschinen (5\-Achs\-Bearbeitung)

* Erfahrung in der Auswahl von Werkzeugen für die spanende Fertigung mit geometrisch bestimmter Schneide

* Strukturierte Fähigkeiten beim Ausarbeiten und Umsetzen von Fertigungsprozessen

* 3DX/CATIA oder MAX\-PAC Programmiererfahrung ein Muss

* Langjährige Erfahrung mit Siemens 840d und/oder Heidenhain TNC Programmarchitektur ist ein Muss

* Tiefgehendes Verständnis für komplexe NC\-Programmstruktur und Programmieren in Siemens und/oder Heidenhain TNC Hochsprache wird vorausgesetzt

* Selbständiges Arbeiten und strukturiertes Vorgehen erfolgen mühelos
