Le Tribunal princier (www.gerichte.li) est la première instance de la juridiction ordinaire et statue en matière civile et pénale. Il offre aux juristes qualifiés une place de formation en tant que candidat au poste de juge.

Description du poste

Vous vous sentez à l'aise dans les domaines d'activité suivants :

  • Acquérir la capacité de traiter les affaires civiles et pénales relevant de la compétence légale des tribunaux ou du ministère public
  • Appliquer votre pensée conceptuelle, votre méthode de travail rapide et précise ainsi que votre capacité à vous exprimer de manière structurée et concise à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Exercer votre grande compétence sociale

Qualifications

Ce poste requiert notamment :

  • Obtention réussie d'un diplôme en droit autrichien ou suisse dans une université avec un master, un licencié, un magistère en droit ou un diplôme équivalent
  • Expérience pratique acquise auprès d'un tribunal du Liechtenstein ou du ministère public du Liechtenstein (au total au moins six mois)
  • Connaissances en langues étrangères, notamment en anglais
  • Intérêt pour la profession de juge ou de procureur
  • Nationalité liechtensteinoise (art. 7 al. 3 RDG)

Informations supplémentaires

En tant qu'employeur attractif, nous vous offrons :

  • Une formation de trois ans, durant laquelle une expérience pratique antérieure dans une profession juridique auprès d'un tribunal liechtensteinois ou du ministère public liechtensteinois est prise en compte ; la durée de la formation peut être réduite d'au maximum deux ans si, au moment de l'entrée dans le service préparatoire judiciaire, la capacité d'exercer la profession d'avocat au Liechtenstein est déjà acquise (art. 10 al. 1 RDG) ; sinon, vous passez l'examen d'avocat au cours de la formation
  • Une formation notamment au tribunal cantonal ou au ministère public, à la Cour supérieure, à la Cour suprême, auprès d'une autorité administrative du pays ou, en vertu d'un accord interétatique, à l'étranger (art. 10 al. 4 et art. 11 al. 1 RDG)
  • À l'issue de la formation réussie : obtention de la qualification pour une future activité en tant que juge à plein temps ou procureur
  • Une collaboration valorisante
