Dans le cadre de projets de Sustenance et de mise en conformité, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Projet CAPEX capable de piloter les projets depuis les phases d’étude jusqu’à la mise en service.

Vos principales responsabilités seront de:

  • Clarifier les besoins avec les utilisateurs et les différentes parties prenantes et réaliser les pré\-études nécessaires.
  • Piloter les projets conformément au planning, au budget et aux exigences fonctionnelles définies.
  • Garantir le respect des normes HSEQ durant toutes les phases du projet.
  • Veiller à la bonne traduction des besoins fonctionnels dans le design et gérer les risques techniques et procédés.
  • Identifier et coordonner les ressources internes et externes nécessaires, notamment avec la Production, la Maintenance, les Achats et les équipes techniques.
  • Élaborer les cahiers des charges et les spécifications techniques pour les prestations, matériels et équipements.
  • Établir et suivre le planning, le budget et les coûts des projets.
  • Participer aux stratégies d’achats, aux appels d’offres et à la sélection des prestataires.
  • Veiller à l’application des directives internes, standards techniques et bonnes pratiques métiers.
  • Préparer et mener les analyses de risques chantier, assurer la sécurité des interventions et la gestion des permis de travail.
  • Suivre les phases de construction et traiter les éventuelles dérives HSEQ, techniques ou de planning.
  • Organiser les mises en service, le commissioning et les handovers.
  • Assurer le reporting projet, établir les bilans et capitaliser les retours d’expérience.
  • Garantir la gestion et l’archivage de la documentation technique.
  • Contribuer à la formalisation et à l’amélioration des processus CAPEX Sustenance.

Notre client évolue dans un environnement industriel exigeant, avec de fortes exigences en matière de qualité, de sécurité, de conformité et de performance opérationnelle.

Requirements

  • Formation d’ingénieur dans un domaine technique ou expérience jugée équivalente.
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle en tant qu’ingénieur.
  • Expérience significative dans un environnement industriel, idéalement dans les secteurs chimique ou pharmaceutique.
  • Expérience en gestion de projets industriels / CAPEX, incluant les phases d’études, de construction, de mise en service et de coordination de prestataires.
  • Bonne compréhension des exigences HSEQ et de la gestion des risques en environnement industriel.
  • Solides compétences en planification, suivi budgétaire et reporting.
  • Capacité à coordonner plusieurs parties prenantes et à travailler en management transversal.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, autonomie et leadership.
  • çais courant.
  • Anglais courant ou professionnel.

Nice to have

  • 5 à 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle.
  • Expérience approfondie dans l’industrie chimique ou pharmaceutique.
  • Expérience en commissioning, mise en service et handover.
  • Expérience dans la rédaction de cahiers des charges et de spécifications techniques.
