Rejoignez notre équipe en tant que \\Cards Front \\\& Backoffice Specialist !\\ Responsabilités ---------------- \* Gérer les activités administratives quotidiennes liées aux cartes carburant, notamment la réception, la préparation et le suivi des commandes. \* Assurer la gestion des cartes carburant et des comptes clients, notamment leur activation et désactivation. \* Assurer le suivi des transactions, traiter les éventuelles anomalies et contribuer à la résolution des litiges. \* Assurer la facturation des clients et le suivi des débiteurs conformément aux procédures en vigueur. \* Être en contact régulier avec nos clients entreprises et privés et assurer le traitement de leurs demandes. \* Saisir et mettre à jour les informations dans SAP dans le cadre des activités du Front \\\& Backoffice. \* Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de garantir un traitement efficace des demandes et une expérience client de qualité. \* Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et activités du Front \\\& Backoffice. Qualifications -------------- \* CFC d'employé(e) de commerce ou formation équivalente. \* Première expérience professionnelle dans un environnement administratif et/ou de service client, idéalement dans le secteur de l'énergie ou des services. \* Maîtrise de l'allemand et du français \\obligatoire\\. La connaissance de l'italien constitue un atout. \* Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel et SAP. \* Vous êtes une personne organisée, rigoureuse et précise, avec une forte orientation client. \* Vous disposez d'un bon sens de la communication et êtes à l'aise dans les contacts téléphoniques. \* Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe. \* Vous êtes flexible, polyvalent(e) et appréciez travailler dans un environnement à taille humaine.
